No specific application form is required for funding requests. Proposals should include a brief description of the organization, a statement of need, amount requested, and a proposed budget. All proposals should include a current annual operating budget, a 501(c)3 tax determination letter, and any other relevant supplemental documents. The TFF Executive Director will respond to your request within 60 days.
